Condition Inspection or 100 Hour Inspection normally includes:
•   
     Documentation research.
•        General cleaning.
•        Inspection of the fabric, skin, systems, and components.
•        Inspection of the cockpit, cabin, seats, safety belts, windows and windshields (if applicable), instruments, flight

        
controls, engine controls, and batteries.
•        Inspection of the engine and engine compartment, oil and oil filter (if applicable there will be an additional

        
charge for oil and filter), spark plugs, cylinder compression, engine mounts, vibration dampeners, lines, hoses,
       
 clamps, exhaust system, and cowling (if applicable).
•        Inspection of the landing gear, shock absorbing devices, linkages, trusses, members, hydraulic lines, wheels,

        
 tires, brakes, floats and skis (if applicable)
•        Inspection of the wing and center section.
•        Inspection of the empennage (if applicable).
•        Inspection of the propeller.
•        Inspection of the radios and electronic equipment, wiring, conduits, bonding, shielding, and antennas.
•        Inspection of any miscellaneous equipment required to be inspected by the manufacturer or FAA.
